Basic Policy
We believe that corporate governance plays a key role in enhancing management transparency, realizing our company creed and corporate philosophy and ensuring the sustainable growth of the Group, while increasing our corporate value over the medium to long term. We have therefore established Corporate Governance Guidelines that outline our basic principles.
